§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: https://www.solarento.com
    and is effective from 01.03.2025.
  2. The Administrator of the Service and the Personal Data Administrator is Solarento Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Puławska 2, 02-566 Warsaw,

    (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Administrator").

§2 PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to complete a survey or respond to a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to the processing of data (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every person whose data is processed has the right to access personal data, correct, delete or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  6. Transactional data, including personal data, is transmitted directly by the user to the payment service provider.
  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as a basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to Us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on their email address.

§3 DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and companies maintaining teleinformatics systems, with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include the rules of data processing and confidentiality. This data is not shared and none of these companies is allowed to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the proper provision of services.

§4 COOKIES

  1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in the memory of devices and read by the server each time a connection to the Website is made.
  2. We emphasize that storing cookies does not enable Us to access your private device or read data other than that stored in cookies.

§5 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Restricting the saving and access to Cookies on the User's Device may cause some functions of the Service to malfunction.
  2. The Administrator is not responsible for malfunctioning features of the Service if the User restricts in any way the ability to save and read Cookies.


§6 EXTERNAL LINKS

  1. On the Service – articles, posts, entries, or User comments may contain links to external websites, which the Service Owner does not cooperate with. These links and the websites or files indicated under them may be dangerous to your Device or pose a threat to your data security. The Administrator is not responsible for content outside the Service.


§7 CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notifying Users regarding the use and processing of anonymous data or the use of Cookies.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy regarding the processing of Personal Data, about which Users with user accounts or subscribed to the newsletter will be informed by email within 7 days from the changes. Continued use of the services signifies acceptance of the changes. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must delete their account from the Service or unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
  3. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on this Service subpage.
  4. Changes come into effect upon publication.
