Stays in premises managed by Solarento Sp.z o.o. begin from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM on the first day of the booked period. The guest collects the premises and the keys from the Service Provider, checking technical condition and cleanliness.
The guest is obliged to complete the registration card and finalize the check-in process before arriving at the premises via the provided application no later than 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Access codes to the rented premises will be provided after completing and signing the registration card. In individual cases, late check-in at the premises is possible.
The stay ends by 10:00 AM on the last day. By this time, the guest is obliged to return the keys to the place where they were collected, or in the case of keyless access, to leave the premises and close the door.
Requests to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to Solarento in advance. These will be accommodated if possible. Extension of stay may incur an additional fee.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours, health and safety rules, and the fire protection regulations of the facility. From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, any behavior disturbing the rest of building residents is prohibited.
The guest is obliged to use the premises according to its intended purpose, not to remove any items of its equipment, and not to copy the keys to the premises.
Every time the guest leaves the premises, they should turn off all electrical devices, switch off lights, and check that windows and doors are closed.
The guest should notify the Service Provider immediately after discovering any damage.
The guest is fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the premises' equipment and technical devices caused by them or their visitors during the stay.
The guest agrees to ensure that the number of persons staying with them in the premises does not exceed the maximum specified in the service or reservation confirmation.
The guest agrees not to keep animals in the premises unless animals are accepted in the given premises and the guest has paid the fee for the animal's stay.
Smoking in the premises is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a fee of up to 2000 PLN to cover cleaning costs, including curtains, carpets, and bedspreads.
In case of a serious breach of the terms defined in the Reservation Conditions, Solarento has the right to terminate the short-term rental agreement with immediate effect and remove guests and accompanying persons from the premises.
