Regulamin pobytU

  1. Pobyty w Lokalach zarządzanych przez Solarento Sp. z o.o. trwają w datach zarezerwowanego pobytu. Zameldowanie jest możliwe od godziny 15:00 (lub 16:00 w zależności od Lokalu) do 00:00 w pierwszym dniu zarezerwowanego pobytu. Gość dokonuje odbioru Lokalu i kluczy do niego od Usługodawcy sprawdzając stan techniczny i czystość.
  2. Gość jest zobowiązany do obowiązkowego wypełnienia karty meldunkowej i zakończenia procesu meldowania przed przyjazdem do Lokalu przez udostępnioną aplikację. Kody dostępu do wynajmowanego Lokalu zostaną udostępnione po uzupełnieniu karty meldunkowej i jej podpisaniu, a także po opłaceniu 100% wartości rezerwacji. Usługodawca zastrzega sobie prawo do pobierania kaucji zwrotnej. W indywidualnych przypadkach możliwe jest późniejsze zameldowanie w Lokalu po uprzednim uzgodnieniu z Usługodawcą.
  3. Zakończenie pobytu następuje do godziny 11.00 w ostatnim dniu pobytu. Do ww. godziny Gość jest zobowiązany zwrócić klucze, karty dostępowe i/lub piloty do garaży w miejscu, z którego zostały one pobrane, a w przypadku gościa korzystającego z bez kluczykowego dostępu opuścić Lokal i zamknąć drzwi.
  4. Życzenie przedłużenia pobytu poza okres wskazany w rezerwacji pobytu, gość powinien zgłosić Solarento z wyprzedzeniem. Będą one uwzględniane w miarę dostępności Lokali. Przedłużenie pobytu może być objęte dodatkową opłatą.
  5. Goście zobowiązani są do przestrzegania godzin ciszy nocnej, zasad BHP oraz zasad PPOŻ obiektu. W godzinach od 22:00 do 06:00 (tzw. cisza nocna) zabronione są wszelkie zachowania zakłócające wypoczynek mieszkańców budynku.
  6. Gość zobowiązany jest do eksploatacji Lokalu zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem, nieusuwania z niego jakichkolwiek elementów jego wyposażenia, jak również zobowiązuje się do niekopiowania kluczy do Lokalu.
  7. Każdorazowo opuszczając Lokal Gość powinien wyłączyć wszystkie urządzenia elektryczne, zgasić światło, sprawdzić zamknięcie okien i drzwi.
  8. Gość powinien zawiadomić Usługodawcę o wystąpieniu szkody niezwłocznie po jej stwierdzeniu.
  9. Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych Lokalu powstałe z jego winy lub z winy odwiedzających go osób powstałe w czasie jego pobytu w Lokalu. Gość zostanie obciążony kosztami ewentualnych napraw lub wymiany wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych oraz będzie zobowiązany do uregulowania tych kosztów w ciągu 2 dni roboczych.
  10. Gość zobowiązuje się do dopilnowania, aby liczba osób przebywających z nim w Lokalu nie przekraczała tej, która została określona jako maksymalna w serwisie lub na potwierdzeniu rezerwacji. Naruszenie zakazu skutkuje karą umowną w wysokości 2000 PLN.
  11. Gość zobowiązuje się do nieprzetrzymywania zwierząt w Lokalu, chyba że w danym Lokalu zwierzęta są akceptowane i uiścił opłatę za pobyt zwierzęcia. Naruszenie zakazu skutkuje karą umowną w wysokości 500 PLN.
  12. Palenie wyrobów tytoniowych oraz papierosów elektronicznych w Lokalu jest całkowicie zabronione. Gość nie przestrzegający tego zakazu zostanie obciążony opłatą w wysokości 2000 PLN tytułem pokrycia kosztów prania m.in. zasłon, dywanów oraz narzut w Lokalu.
  13. W apartamencie obowiązuje całkowity zakaz organizowania imprez i zakłócania ciszy nocnej w godzinach 22:00-6:00. Naruszenie zakazu skutkuje karą umowną w wysokości 2000 PLN za każdy przypadek.
  14. W przypadku wyjątkowo rażącego naruszenia zasad określonych w Warunkach rezerwacji, Solarento ma prawo do wypowiedzenia umowy najmu krótkoterminowego ze skutkiem natychmiastowym i usunięcia Gości wraz z osobami towarzyszącymi z Lokalu.

TERMS OF STAY

  1. Stays in premises managed by Solarento Sp. z o.o. take place on the dates specified in the reservation. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m., depending on the premises, until 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the reserved stay. The Guest collects the premises and the keys from the Service Provider, having checked their technical condition and cleanliness.
  2. The Guest is required to complete the registration card and finalize the check-in process before arriving at the premises via the application provided. Access codes to the rented premises will be made available after the registration card has been completed and signed, and after 100% of the reservation value has been paid. The Service Provider reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit. In individual cases, later check-in at the premises may be possible subject to prior agreement with the Service Provider.
  3. The stay ends by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay. By that time, the Guest is required to return the keys, access cards and/or garage remotes to the place from which they were collected. In the case of Guests using keyless access, the Guest is required to leave the premises and close the door.
  4. Any request to extend the stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should be submitted by the Guest to Solarento in advance. Such requests will be considered subject to the availability of premises. An extension of the stay may be subject to an additional fee.
  5. Guests are required to observe quiet hours, occupational health and safety rules, and the fire safety regulations applicable to the building. Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., during quiet hours, any behaviour that disturbs the rest of the building’s residents is prohibited.
  6. The Guest is required to use the premises in accordance with their intended purpose, not to remove any items of equipment from the premises, and not to make copies of the keys to the premises.
  7. Each time the Guest leaves the premises, they should switch off all electrical devices, turn off the lights, check that the windows and doors are closed, and secure the premises.
  8. The Guest should notify the Service Provider of any damage immediately after becoming aware of it.
  9. The Guest bears full financial liability for any damage to, or destruction of, the equipment and technical devices of the premises caused through their fault or through the fault of persons visiting them during their stay. The Guest will be charged for any necessary repairs or replacement of equipment and technical devices and will be required to settle these costs within two business days.
  10. The Guest undertakes to ensure that the number of persons staying with them in the premises does not exceed the maximum number specified on the website or in the reservation confirmation. Breach of this prohibition will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.
  11. The Guest undertakes not to keep animals in the premises unless pets are accepted in the given premises and the Guest has paid the pet stay fee. Breach of this prohibition will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
  12. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes in the premises is strictly prohibited. Any Guest who fails to comply with this prohibition will be charged a fee of PLN 2,000 to cover, among other things, the costs of washing curtains, carpets and bedspreads in the premises.
  13. Parties and any disturbance of quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Breach of this prohibition will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000 for each occurrence.
  14. In the event of a particularly serious breach of the rules set out in the Reservation Terms and Conditions, Solarento has the right to terminate the short-term rental agreement with immediate effect and remove the Guests, together with any accompanying persons, from the premises.
