Staying at Solarento apartments

Regulamin pobytU

  1. Stays in Premises managed by Solarento Sp. z o.o. last for the dates of the booked stay. Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. (or 4:00 p.m., depending on the Premises) until midnight on the first day of the booked stay. The guest collects the Premises and keys from the Service Provider, checking their technical condition and cleanliness.

  2. The guest is required to fill out a registration form and complete the registration process before arriving at the Premises using the provided application. Access codes to the rented Premises will be provided after the registration form has been completed and signed, and after 100% of the reservation value has been paid. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit. In individual cases, it is possible to check in to the Premises at a later time, subject to prior agreement with the Service Provider.

  3. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay. By this time, guests are required to return keys, access cards, and/or garage remote controls to the place from which they were collected, and in the case of guests using keyless access, to leave the premises and lock the door.

  4. Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should notify Solarento in advance. Requests will be considered subject to availability. An additional fee may apply for extended stays.

  5. Guests are required to observe quiet hours, health and safety rules, and fire safety regulations. Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (quiet hours), any behavior that disturbs the residents of the building is prohibited.

  6. The guest is obliged to use the Premises in accordance with their intended purpose, not to remove any items of equipment from them, and not to make copies of the keys to the Premises.

  7. Each time they leave the Premises, Guests should turn off all electrical appliances, switch off the lights, and check that the windows and doors are closed.

  8. The guest should notify the Service Provider of any damage immediately after it has been discovered.

  9. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Premises' equipment and technical devices caused by him or his visitors during his stay at the Premises. The guest will be charged for any repairs or replacement of equipment and technical devices and will be required to settle these costs within 2 business days.

  10. Gość zobowiązuje się do dopilnowania, aby liczba osób przebywających z nim w Lokalu nie przekraczała tej, która została określona jako maksymalna w serwisie lub na potwierdzeniu rezerwacji. Naruszenie zakazu skutkuje karą umowną w wysokości 2000 PLN.

  11. Gość zobowiązuje się do nieprzetrzymywania zwierząt w Lokalu, chyba że w danym Lokalu zwierzęta są akceptowane i uiścił opłatę za pobyt zwierzęcia. Naruszenie zakazu skutkuje karą umowną w wysokości 500 PLN.

  12. Palenie wyrobów tytoniowych oraz papierosów elektronicznych w Lokalu jest całkowicie zabronione. Gość nie przestrzegający tego zakazu zostanie obciążony opłatą w wysokości 2000 PLN tytułem pokrycia kosztów prania m.in. zasłon, dywanów oraz narzut w Lokalu.

  13. W apartamencie obowiązuje całkowity zakaz organizowania imprez i zakłócania ciszy nocnej w godzinach 22:00-6:00. Naruszenie zakazu skutkuje karą umowną w wysokości 2000 PLN za każdy przypadek.

  14. Gość zobowiązuje się do należytego zabezpieczenia i zwrotu kluczy do Lokalu. W przypadku ich zgubienia, zniszczenia lub braku zwrotu, Gość zostanie obciążony kosztami wymiany zamka oraz kompletu kluczy. Naruszenie obowiązku, o którym mowa w niniejszym punkcie skutkuje obowiązkiem zapłaty przez Gościa kary umownej w wysokości 1000 PLN.

  15. In the event of a particularly serious breach of the rules set out in the Booking Terms and Conditions, Solarento has the right to terminate the short-term rental agreement with immediate effect and remove the Guests and their accompanying persons from the Premises.
 

TERMS OF STAY

  1. Stays in the premises managed by Solarento Sp. z o.o. are valid for the dates specified in the reservation. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM (or 4:00 PM, depending on the property) until 12:00 AM on the first day of the booked stay. Upon arrival, the Guest collects the premises and keys from the Service Provider, verifying their technical condition and cleanliness.

  2. The Guest is required to complete the registration form and finalize the check-in process prior to arrival via the provided application. Access codes to the rented premises will be issued only after the registration form has been duly completed and signed, and after 100% of the reservation fee has been paid. The Service Provider reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. In individual cases, later check-in may be arranged upon prior agreement with the Service Provider.

  3. Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM on the last day of the stay. By that time, the Guest is required to return all keys, access cards, and/or garage remotes to the designated collection point. Guests using keyless access must vacate the premises and ensure the door is securely closed.

  4. Any request to extend the stay beyond the reserved period must be submitted to Solarento in advance and will be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

  5. Guests are required to observe quiet hours, occupational health and safety regulations, and fire safety rules applicable to the property. Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (so-called quiet hours), any behavior disturbing the peace of other residents is strictly prohibited.

  6. The Guest agrees to use the premises in accordance with their intended purpose, not to remove any items of equipment, and not to duplicate any keys.

  7. Each time the Guest leaves the premises, they should switch off all electrical appliances, turn off the lights, and ensure that all windows and doors are properly secured.

  8. The Guest must notify the Service Provider immediately upon discovering any damage.

  9. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage to or destruction of the premises’ equipment or technical installations caused by the Guest or their visitors during the stay. The Guest will be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements and is obliged to settle such costs within 2 business days.

  10. The Guest must ensure that the number of persons staying in the premises does not exceed the maximum number specified in the booking system or confirmation. Breach of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.

  11. The Guest agrees not to keep animals in the premises unless pets are explicitly allowed in the given property and the applicable pet fee has been paid. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 500.

  12. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes within the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a charge of PLN 2,000 to cover the cost of cleaning, including but not limited to curtains, carpets, and bedspreads.

  13. Organizing parties and disturbing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Each violation will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.

  14. The Guest is responsible for properly securing and returning the keys. In the event of loss, damage, or failure to return the keys, the Guest will be charged for the replacement of the lock and key set. Additionally, a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000 will apply.

  15. In the event of a particularly serious breach of the reservation terms, Solarento reserves the right to terminate the short-term rental agreement with immediate effect and to remove the Guest and their accompanying persons from the premises.
