Aufenthalt in den Solarento-Apartments

Regulamin pobytU

  1. Der Aufenthalt in den von Solarento Sp. z o.o. verwalteten Räumlichkeiten dauert vom Datum der Buchung an. Der Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr (oder 16:00 Uhr, je nach Räumlichkeit) bis 00:00 Uhr am ersten Tag des gebuchten Aufenthalts möglich. Der Gast übernimmt die Unterkunft und die Schlüssel vom Dienstleister und überprüft den technischen Zustand und die Sauberkeit.
  2. Der Gast ist verpflichtet, vor seiner Ankunft in der Unterkunft über die bereitgestellte App eine Registrierungskarte auszufüllen und den Anmeldeprozess abzuschließen. Die Zugangscodes für die gemietete Unterkunft werden nach Ausfüllen und Unterzeichnen der Registrierungskarte sowie nach Zahlung von 100 % des Buchungswertes bereitgestellt. Der Dienstleister behält sich das Recht vor, eine rückzahlbare Kaution zu verlangen. In Einzelfällen ist eine spätere Anmeldung in der Unterkunft nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Dienstleister möglich.
  3. Der Aufenthalt endet am letzten Tag bis 11:00 Uhr. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist der Gast verpflichtet, die Schlüssel, Zugangskarten und/oder Fernbedienungen für die Garagen an dem Ort zurückzugeben, an dem sie entnommen wurden, und im Falle eines Gastes, der den schlüssellosen Zugang nutzt, die Räumlichkeiten zu verlassen und die Türen zu schließen.
  4. Der Wunsch, den Aufenthalt über den in der Buchung angegebenen Zeitraum hinaus zu verlängern, sollte dem Gast Solarento im Voraus mitgeteilt werden. Diese Wünsche werden je nach Verfügbarkeit der Räumlichkeiten berücksichtigt. Für die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts kann eine zusätzliche Gebühr anfallen.
  5. Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, die Nachtruhezeiten, die Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und die Brandschutzvorschriften der Einrichtung einzuhalten. Zwischen 22:00 und 06:00 Uhr (sog. Nachtruhe) sind alle Verhaltensweisen verboten, die die Ruhe der Bewohner des Gebäudes stören.
  6. Der Gast ist verpflichtet, die Räumlichkeiten bestimmungsgemäß zu nutzen, keine Ausstattungsgegenstände zu entfernen und keine Schlüssel für die Räumlichkeiten zu kopieren.
  7. Bei jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeiten sollte der Gast alle Elektrogeräte ausschalten, das Licht ausschalten und überprüfen, ob Fenster und Türen geschlossen sind.
  8. Der Gast sollte den Dienstleister unverzüglich nach Feststellung des Schadens darüber informieren.
  9. Der Gast trägt die volle finanzielle Verantwortung für alle Arten von Beschädigungen oder Zerstörungen der Ausstattung und technischen Geräte der Unterkunft, die durch sein Verschulden oder das Verschulden seiner Besucher während seines Aufenthalts in der Unterkunft entstanden sind. Dem Gast werden die Kosten für eventuelle Reparaturen oder den Austausch von Ausstattung und technischen Geräten in Rechnung gestellt, und er ist verpflichtet, diese Kosten innerhalb von 2 Werktagen zu begleichen.
  10. Der Gast verpflichtet sich, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Anzahl der Personen, die sich mit ihm in der Unterkunft aufhalten, die auf der Website oder in der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Höchstzahl nicht überschreitet. Ein Verstoß gegen dieses Verbot führt zu einer Vertragsstrafe in Höhe von 2000 PLN.
  11. Der Gast verpflichtet sich, keine Tiere in den Räumlichkeiten zu halten, es sei denn, Tiere sind in den jeweiligen Räumlichkeiten erlaubt und er hat die Gebühr für den Aufenthalt des Tieres entrichtet. Ein Verstoß gegen dieses Verbot führt zu einer Vertragsstrafe in Höhe von 500 PLN.
  12. Das Rauchen von Tabakwaren und E-Zigaretten in den Räumlichkeiten ist strengstens untersagt. Gäste, die sich nicht an dieses Verbot halten, werden mit einer Gebühr in Höhe von 2000 PLN zur Deckung der Kosten für die Reinigung von Vorhängen, Teppichen und Überwürfen in den Räumlichkeiten belastet.
  13. In der Wohnung ist es strengstens verboten, Partys zu veranstalten und zwischen 22:00 und 6:00 Uhr die Nachtruhe zu stören. Ein Verstoß gegen dieses Verbot wird mit einer Vertragsstrafe in Höhe von 2000 PLN pro Fall.
  14. Gość zobowiązuje się do należytego zabezpieczenia i zwrotu kluczy do Lokalu. W przypadku ich zgubienia, zniszczenia lub braku zwrotu, Gość zostanie obciążony kosztami wymiany zamka oraz kompletu kluczy. Naruszenie obowiązku, o którym mowa w niniejszym punkcie skutkuje obowiązkiem zapłaty przez Gościa kary umownej w wysokości 1000 PLN.
  15. Bei einem besonders schwerwiegenden Verstoß gegen die in den Buchungsbedingungen festgelegten Regeln hat Solarento das Recht, den Kurzzeitmietvertrag mit sofortiger Wirkung zu kündigen und die Gäste sowie ihre Begleitpersonen aus den Räumlichkeiten zu entfernen.
  16. Gość ponosi odpowiedzialność za przestrzeganie Regulaminu, w tym za działania i zaniechania osób przebywających w Lokalu za jego zgodą lub
    wiedzą. W przypadku stwierdzenia naruszenia Regulaminu przez Gościa lub osoby, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim, Solarento jest uprawnione do naliczenia kar umownych, opłat lub kosztów określonych w Regulaminie.
  17. Gość wyraża zgodę oraz upoważnia Solarento do obciążenia karty płatniczej podanej w procesie rezerwacji, karty użytej do dokonania płatności za pobyt, karty podanej przy zameldowaniu lub innego instrumentu płatniczego udostępnionego Solarento, kwotami należnymi z tytułu kar umownych, opłat, kosztów naprawy szkód, kosztów przywrócenia Lokalu do stanu poprzedniego, kosztów dodatkowego sprzątania, prania, dezynfekcji, ozonowania, wymiany wyposażenia, wymiany zamków, dorobienia kluczy lub innych uzasadnionych kosztów powstałych w związku z naruszeniem Regulaminu.
  18. Obciążenie, o którym mowa w ust. 17, może nastąpić w trakcie pobytu lub po zakończeniu pobytu Gościa, jeżeli naruszenie Regulaminu, szkoda albo konieczność poniesienia kosztów zostaną stwierdzone po opuszczeniu Lokalu przez Gościa. Solarento jest uprawnione do dokonania obciążenia na podstawie dokumentacji własnej, w szczególności protokołu, dokumentacji fotograficznej, nagrań z monitoringu części wspólnych, oświadczeń personelu, zgłoszeń innych gości, administracji obiektu, ochrony lub właściciela Lokalu, a także faktur, rachunków, kosztorysów lub innych dokumentów potwierdzających wysokość kosztów.
  19. Zastrzeżenie kar umownych, opłat oraz uprawnienia do obciążenia karty płatniczej Gościa nie wyłącza prawa Solarento do dochodzenia od Gościa odszkodowania przewyższającego wysokość naliczonych kar, opłat lub kosztów, jeżeli rzeczywista szkoda poniesiona przez Solarento, właściciela Lokalu lub inny podmiot uprawniony okaże się wyższa.
  20. Solarento może poinformować Gościa o dokonanym lub planowanym obciążeniu, wskazując podstawę obciążenia oraz jego wysokość. Brak
    możliwości skontaktowania się z Gościem, brak odpowiedzi Gościa lub odmowa zapłaty nie wstrzymują prawa Solarento do dokonania obciążenia zgodnie z niniejszym paragrafem

TERMS OF STAY

  1. Stays in the premises managed by Solarento Sp. z o.o. are valid for the dates specified in the reservation. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM (or 4:00 PM, depending on the property) until 12:00 AM on the first day of the booked stay. Upon arrival, the Guest collects the premises and keys from the Service Provider, verifying their technical condition and cleanliness.

  2. The Guest is required to complete the registration form and finalize the check-in process prior to arrival via the provided application. Access codes to the rented premises will be issued only after the registration form has been duly completed and signed, and after 100% of the reservation fee has been paid. The Service Provider reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. In individual cases, later check-in may be arranged upon prior agreement with the Service Provider.

  3. Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM on the last day of the stay. By that time, the Guest is required to return all keys, access cards, and/or garage remotes to the designated collection point. Guests using keyless access must vacate the premises and ensure the door is securely closed.

  4. Any request to extend the stay beyond the reserved period must be submitted to Solarento in advance and will be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

  5. Guests are required to observe quiet hours, occupational health and safety regulations, and fire safety rules applicable to the property. Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (so-called quiet hours), any behavior disturbing the peace of other residents is strictly prohibited.

  6. The Guest agrees to use the premises in accordance with their intended purpose, not to remove any items of equipment, and not to duplicate any keys.

  7. Each time the Guest leaves the premises, they should switch off all electrical appliances, turn off the lights, and ensure that all windows and doors are properly secured.

  8. The Guest must notify the Service Provider immediately upon discovering any damage.

  9. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage to or destruction of the premises’ equipment or technical installations caused by the Guest or their visitors during the stay. The Guest will be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements and is obliged to settle such costs within 2 business days.

  10. The Guest must ensure that the number of persons staying in the premises does not exceed the maximum number specified in the booking system or confirmation. Breach of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.

  11. The Guest agrees not to keep animals in the premises unless pets are explicitly allowed in the given property and the applicable pet fee has been paid. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 500.

  12. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes within the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a charge of PLN 2,000 to cover the cost of cleaning, including but not limited to curtains, carpets, and bedspreads.

  13. Organizing parties and disturbing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Each violation will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.

  14. The Guest is responsible for properly securing and returning the keys. In the event of loss, damage, or failure to return the keys, the Guest will be charged for the replacement of the lock and key set. Additionally, a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000 will apply.

  15. In the event of a particularly serious breach of the reservation terms, Solarento reserves the right to terminate the short-term rental agreement with immediate effect and to remove the Guest and their accompanying persons from the premises.

  16. The Guest shall be responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions, including for the acts and omissions of any persons present in the Premises with the Guest’s consent or knowledge. If the Guest or any such persons are found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, Solarento shall be entitled to impose the contractual penalties, fees, or charges specified herein.

  17. The Guest hereby consents to and authorizes Solarento to charge the payment card provided during the reservation process, the card used to pay for the stay, the card presented upon check-in, or any other payment instrument made available to Solarento, for any amounts due in respect of contractual penalties, fees, repair costs for damage, costs of restoring the Premises to their previous condition, additional cleaning, laundry, disinfection, ozone treatment, replacement of furnishings or equipment, replacement of locks, cutting replacement keys, or any other reasonable costs incurred as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  18. The charge referred to in Section 17 may be made during the Guest’s stay or after the Guest has checked out if the breach of these Terms and Conditions, the damage, or the need to incur such costs is discovered after the Guest has vacated the Premises. Solarento shall be entitled to make such charge on the basis of its own documentation, including, without limitation, inspection reports, photographic documentation, CCTV recordings of common areas, statements from staff members, reports from other guests, the property management, security personnel, or the owner of the Premises, as well as invoices, receipts, cost estimates, or other documents evidencing the amount of the costs incurred.

  19. The contractual penalties, fees, and the right to charge the Guest’s payment card shall not limit or exclude Solarento’s right to seek compensation from the Guest for damages exceeding the amount of the contractual penalties, fees, or charges imposed, where the actual loss suffered by Solarento, the owner of the Premises, or any other entitled party exceeds such amounts.

  20. Solarento may notify the Guest of any charge made or intended to be made, specifying the grounds for the charge and its amount. The inability to contact the Guest, the Guest’s failure to respond, or the Guest’s refusal to make payment shall not prevent Solarento from making such charge in accordance with this Section.
